Ein vielseitiges und wundervoll harmonisches Öl
Vor einigen Jahren war ich auf der Suche nach einem guten Olivenöl, speziell einem Öl, das in einer sogenannten Bag-Box angeboten wurde.
Der große Vorteil liegt darin, dass das Öl nicht mit der Luft in Kontakt kommt.
Da stieß ich durch Zufall auf dieses Öl der Familie Frisina-Regenass.
Für mich war das eine wahre Entdeckung: ein wunderbares Öl, voller Aromen, voller Harmonie.
Ich brate damit, ich benutze es beim Kochen und natürlich in der sogenannten kalten Küche. Jedes Mal bin ich begeistert.
Ganz oft haben mich Besucher nach dem Öl gefragt, z.B., wenn es „Spaghetti aglio e olio“ als Essen gab.
Das allein spricht schon für dieses Öl.
Ich sage nur:
Dieses Oliven-Öl ist ein Öl, das wahrscheinlich aller Welt gefällt,
aber es ist mit Sicherheit kein Allerwelts-Öl.
