Frisina Oil comes exclusively from the milling of olives produced in our olive grove located at 450 m above sea level in the Ionian hills between the two seas, the Ionian and Tyrrhenian, in Calabria. The scrupulous care and attention that we use both in the olive grove and in all phases of production, from the harvesting method to the milling within a few hours in the innovative mill, make the Frisina Oil a very appreciated oil by our friends and customers.
Normally the acidity 'does not exceed 0.20 degrees, the peroxides are low around 4 with total polyphenols on 500 and an oleic acid on 72%, so our oil is good for your health!
